“Depth, insight and impact”

With almost 30 years experience as a university lecturer, conference speaker and workshop facilitator, I love exploring with audiences the key questions of our time.

Style Series July 10 2009What audience members say:

I came to this presentation with curiosity and openness, and I am taking with me new-found insight and energy to embody the leader that I already am. Thank-you, Marilyn!”

“Your session on vision and social responsibility for the International Coaching Federation had a great impact on me. It made me realize that we can create the future we want by believing that such future exists. In fact, this idea has guided me ever since in my coaching and the impact I want to have on the world.”

“More than your talk, it was the person behind the talk that resonated with me.  Thank you for a meaningful evening.”

Longer Bio

Marilyn Daniels helps her clients expand their capacity to lead social and cultural transformation through her company Wisdom Leadership Studio.  Her trans-disciplinary background, combined with her expertise in the inner dimensions of transformation, help her clients lead with wisdom and inspired creativity in the midst of chaos, complexity and the unknown.

Her training as a cultural historian (with degrees in east, west and indigenous history) gave Marilyn a big-picture, interdisciplinary, systems perspective on change.  After teaching cultural history at university for several years, she completed graduate work in Counselling Psychology and Transformative Learning to better understand the role of culture and psyche in transforming our world.

While earning her degrees, she worked in multiple industries and sectors doing complex project and program management.  During that time she supported the strategic goals of the non-profit sector and collaborated on leadership projects in the non-profit, health, employment, and education sectors.  She has since certified in Feminine Power Transformative Leadership, trained in the Collaborative Operating System, and gained several professional coaching and therapeutic certifications.

Now a transformative leadership coach and artist, she believes that the future of our world is asking us to grow and become wiser, more creative leaders.  In addition to her private leadership coaching, she speaks and leads workshops on transformative leadership for organizations, universities and conferences.  She is co-author of Circles of Transformation (Transformative Learning Centre, OISE/UT). www.WisdomLeadershipStudio.com
